Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with every order from Tahyana Global Venture. This page explains how returns and refunds work. If anything here is unclear, please contact us before sending a product back.

Return window

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

What can be returned

  • The item is unused, unworn and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories.
  • The item arrived damaged, defective or different from what you ordered.
  • You have your order number or proof of purchase.

What cannot be returned

  • Items that have been used, washed, altered or damaged after delivery.
  • Personal-care, hygiene or perishable products once opened or unsealed, unless faulty.
  • Gift cards and downloadable products.
  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable on the product page.

How to request a return

  1. Contact us with your order number, the item you want to return and the reason. Photos help if the item is damaged or wrong.
  2. We will review your request and tell you if it is approved, usually within a few working days.
  3. Once approved, send the item back as we instruct. Please pack it securely.

Refunds

After your return reaches us and passes a quick check, we will approve your refund. Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method, or as another method we agree with you. Banks and payment providers may need several working days to show the money in your account.

If your order was cash on delivery, we will arrange the refund by bank or mobile payment transfer.

Shipping costs

If the return is because of our mistake (a damaged, defective or wrong item), we cover the return shipping and refund the delivery charge. For other returns the delivery charge is not refundable and return shipping is paid by the customer.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size, colour or product, tell us in your return request and we will arrange an exchange when stock is available.

Damaged or missing items

Please check your parcel when it arrives. If something is damaged, missing or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can fix it quickly.
