These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Tahyana Global Venture (“we”, “us”, “our”) website and the products you buy from us. By using the store or placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm it by email or dispatch the goods. We may cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a price is wrong or we suspect fraud; if you have already paid, we will refund you in full.

Your account

  • Keep your login details confidential and tell us at once if you think someone else has used them.
  • You are responsible for everything done through your account.
  • The information you give us must be accurate and kept up to date.

Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown in the store currency and may exclude delivery and taxes until checkout.
  • Prices and availability can change without notice, but the price you see when you place your order is the price you pay.
  • Payment must be completed through one of the payment methods offered at checkout.

Delivery

Delivery times shown are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered. Please check your parcel on arrival and tell us quickly about any damage.

Returns and refunds

If you are not happy with a product you may request a return within the period stated on the store. Items must be unused and in their original packaging unless faulty. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method.

Product information

We try to describe and photograph products accurately, but colours, sizes and details may differ slightly from what you see on screen.

Acceptable use

Do not use the store for anything unlawful, harmful or deceptive, and do not attempt to interfere with its security or operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order the claim relates to. Nothing in these Terms limits your legal rights as a consumer.
